The Gathering Tree Collective is a social enterprise shop investing in people in our local community and creating a fair go by giving them opportunities to join our pre-accredited volunteer traineeship program.

This pre-accredited volunteer traineeship program is designed to train people in the community with two key outcomes:

1. Develop a variety of soft skills, including confidence, punctuality, and communication.

2. Confidence to take on further training and employment.

Structured, individualised training program. Each program involves an agreed-upon volunteer training hours, with different focuses to allow for personalised assessment and tailored training towards your goals.

End-program transition. Following the completion of the agreed upon volunteer training hours, you will receive a printed review detailing what skills you have learnt and a certificate detailing how many volunteer hours you completed. We will also do our best to support you in your next steps.
